Tax Exempt Organizations

If you are ordering from a Tax-Exempt Organization, please follow these steps to avoid paying sales tax on physical items purchased from this website. Any sales tax that is paid as a result of failing to follow these steps is not refundable.

Please note that tax exempt orders MUST ship to the physical address of the tax exempt organization, NOT to the residential address of an employee.

1. Email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to .
2. Within 24 hours, a Tax Exempt Code will be sent to you in a reply email.
3. Submit the Tax Exempt Code in the box below.
4. You should see a red    TAX  icon on the top menu of this page.
5. Navigate to one of the product pages on this site.
6. Hard-refresh your browser by pressing Ctrl-Shift-R on Windows or ⌘-⇧-R on macOS.
7. Add an item to the cart and adjust the quantity as needed.
8. To buy more items, press Continue Shopping and repeat steps 5-8.
9. Press Checkout on the shopping cart and continue checking out.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Tax Exempt Code will only work if it is entered BEFORE you navigate to the product pages and add the items to your shopping cart. If you improperly add the items before entering the Tax Exempt Code or refreshing the product page, simply delete the items from your cart and then add them back in. Please confirm that tax is not added before paying for your order. If you have any difficulty, please contact us.

If you need to turn off your Tax Exemption status on this website for any reason, click on the red    TAX  icon on the top menu and then click OK to confirm.
