Individual License Terms and Conditions
An active Individual License grants the licensee permission to display content to which the licensee has been granted access, either in a physical (in-person) or virtual (video-conferencing) classroom for instructional purposes only, provided that no other persons (including students) shall (1) be allowed access to download any such content, or (2) be provided with physical copies of one or more pages of any such content.
An Individual License DOES NOT grant the licensee permission to copy, distribute, or digitally share content. In order to copy, distribute, or digitally share content with students, a Site License with sufficient User Accounts for all such students is required, as per the Terms and Conditions of a Site License.
Any violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate cancellation of the Individual License.
To Cancel a Subscription
License Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the same rate unless cancelled. To cancel a subscription, send an email from the email address associated with your account to . Please make the Subject of the email "Cancel Subscription" followed by your full name. Your subscription will generally be cancelled within 24 hours. For annual subscriptions only, a refund of the renewal payment will be processed if the annual subscription is cancelled within seven (7) days after the renewal date. This refund policy does not apply to monthly subscriptions.
