Books are shipped ground from our warehouse in Ridgefield, NJ, and will typically take 1-3 days for delivery to New York or New Jersey. There are no expedited shipping options available. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
Carrier-quoted delivery times are estimates. Factors like carrier delays, weather, and holidays can affect actual delivery.
If purchasing for a Tax Exempt Organization in NY or NJ, please read the instructions on the Tax Exempt Page before placing an order through the website's Shopping Cart to avoid paying sales tax on your purchases.
Returns for a refund or replacement are allowed within 30 days of purchase for damaged or incorrect items only. We typically will request a photograph of the damaged or incorrect items. Damaged items need not be returned but may be replaced by the same items only. Authorized returns for incorrect items will require an RMA number and/or prepaid shipping label that we will provide.
If your package doesn't arrive, please contact us within 14 days of your order so we can assist. CourseWorkBooks cannot be held responsible for packages delivered by the carrier which are subsequently lost or stolen, provided that proof of delivery is documented by the carrier. For any other situation that may arise, please contact CourseWorkBooks and we will try our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Please be aware that fraudulent chargebacks for delivered products will be disputed and reported to your bank and may be reported to relevant law enforcement agencies for prosecution.
