Although our books are not listed under NYSTL or in the ShopDOE site, New York City public and non-public schools may still order our books through FAMIS by selecting the option to purchase from a non-contract, sole source vendor. You will need to submit our Sole Source Letter. The FAMIS Vendor Number for CourseWorkBooks is COU743403.
Please complete the NYC DOE order carefully, including the specific book titles and ISBNs (listed on the Price Guide).
Orders of less than $400 will need to have shipping costs added.

Purchasing Threshold
Each school is limited to CourseWorkBooks purchases of up to $25,000 per school year, which normally covers up to 625 workbooks. However, if your school needs to order a larger quantity, please contact us. We can usually discount larger orders to assure that you can receive enough books and stay below the $25,000 threshold.

Avoid Duplicate Orders
Please DO NOT email a school purchase order to CourseWorkBooks if you intend on placing the order through the NYC DOE, as this will result in a duplicate order.
Purchasing Threshold
Non-Public Schools are urged to order as early as possible. NYC allows CourseWorkBooks a ridiculously low purchasing threshold, starting on July 1st of each year, of only $25,000 shared by all NYC non-public schools. Once this threshold is met, NYC will deny any additional work order requests by non-public schools for the academic year. This threshold is often met by the end of the summer or in September. In short, NYC Non-Public Schools that place their orders early (as soon after July 1 as possible) are more likely to have their orders approved by the DOE.
